The Ducati is clearly in fantastic shape. Dovi and Petrucci, who never perform well at PI, are right up there.

Mav looks good. Rossi is usually slow in free practice here but turns up on race day, so it's hard to understand his pace.

The Suzukis both look good. That bike seems to work everywhere.

Dani looks poor, as he has all year. Marc hasn't looked as strong as I would've thought, and the front-end loss was quite odd.

Western Reds are big but you can get some eastern greys as big, although they are rare (have a big, like really big bugger dead roadside a few kays from home - and with the heat, the smell aint to good)

Let's not forget that the last time MM had the title wrapped by this point he DNF'ed home as he tested himself and started to have some fun ........... and if memory is right, it was front end losses that were his issue then with the over-ride.

Sure it was an odd crash but pressure off so it is party time for Marquez as, after all to borrow an adage from golf, it is't how but how many that matters and he has enough points already.
