To be fair, that decision was made for him as his body could only take so much of the punishment he inflicted on it.

Tend to lean that way myself.

Rossi (Team Rossi perhaps) was and remains so focussed on #10 that it is starting to become or seemingly become an unhealthy obsession that is impacting him in so many ways that in years past would have been water off a ducks back to him.

IMO, and I say this as a person who was never a fan of Rossi, but for me, it is a huge shame to see for the sport but for him as I start to get the feeling that it is this obsession that is making his decisions for him, not his body or mind.
Sure, that was probably the crux of the whole 2015 thing, that he and/or Uccio believed MM conspired to deprive him of the 10th, perhaps so MM could surpass him more easily, although MM only had 2/4 then. Ironically the whole end of 2015 thing seems to have forged MM into a more relentless and title focused rider who now takes less risks in pursuit of longer term goals.

The other irony is that Rossi never needed the 10th, most including me who are now critics of certain of his aspects wouldn’t have disputed his status in comparison with Ago and the other post Ago greats after his 9th title.

Pyebrain is beyond hope. I wouldn't bother. This is a guy who can't master basic sentence structure, grammar and punctuation. This is also a guy who is a "confessed bigot", and explains his move to New Zealand by citing that there aren't many Jihadists, and that he can have an AR-15 to protect himself from said Jihadists if they appear.

Minus your irrelevancies, deflections, fabricated outrage and insults, the average thread here would be 50% shorter. And for FFS - enough already with muddying the water with all the red herring PC nonsense. Pye never said he hates Muslims. There's nothing wrong with preferring to associate with like-minded people. Many in my family are Dead Sea pedestrians and we all despise Zionists the way Progressives can't stand Right Wing Republicans;doesn't make us anti-semites any more than it makes Progressives unpatriotic. Last I looked there's no moral imperative in the bible to not possess guns. As I recall Jumkie was a big gun owner. I've seen snaps of him and Kesh and Rog etc on PS proudly brandishing semi-auto assault rifles. They never took any flack for it.

Indeed, synn said i was a racist bigot,i just agree with him to wind him up and his lapdog RCV jumps on the bandwagon because he's too thick to make up his own abuse, water off a ducks back to me anyway,i own guns because i hunt and do a lot of range and sport shooting,no big deal,i left the UK because i had better work offers in a better place to live but seemingly i'm hiding here waiting for the apocalypse!,it makes me laugh how easy it is to wind these muppets up,feed them a bit of information and off they go!,tell them your homeland is not the place you grew up in and you're glad you left and suddenly you are a scared fascist hiding out at the bottom of the world, synn is sending the taliban to sort me out so i don't have long to live anyway, they were going to carpet bomb me until they realised you need planes to do that and they don't have any unless they hijack one and do a 9/11,i'd better go now and do my daily ied patrol.
