Silverstone refund

I paid for Starting Grid hospitality as a 50th Birthday present for my husband and have been offered what I think is an unacceptable amount as I donít think it even covers the basic Sunday ticket.
Could anyone tell me how much you paid for the Sunday ticket please so I can see if theyíre being fair.
Thanks.

Suggest you phone the toll free customer service number on the back of your credit card and open a dispute for the full amount. You are legally entitled to a full refund.

On the day tickets were £115
I'm getting £80 refund as it was an early booking weekend ticket.

No bloody reason you should not get a full refund. They're a billion dollar company and they're insured for stuff like this.
