What's up, good to see you posting again.

HRC have two sharks, I think we can put to rest Honda giving Marc's camp veto powers. I think JLo will be supported as he has considerable clout: champ, Spanish, outspoken, etc.

Yes.

Thanks.. I typically take the off season off.. And wait for some new juicy bits to jump on..

Crazy as fuck silly season.. I hope Pedro goes to KTM or Aprillia to help build those programs. He still has value there.

You know what, this might just be Puig trying to pull some power away from M/S Alzamora and Márquez sr.

This is counted as an aftershock and correlated consequence of the 2015 Debacle. Yamaha decided on selling t-shirts instead of winning titles; they won't be printing championship logos for a long time.

How to do business 101: if you have the only guy that can beat the main competitor, piss him off enough until he joins said competitor.

And sign him for a bargain in the process.

Yamaha Corp made an error in allowing the team principals to make a short sighted decision, normally corps think long term, this was a failure. They (racing team management) never dreamed Lorenzo might end up as a factory Honda rider, something Corporate management typically would normally forsee as a possibility. Corporations think long term, thanks Lin Jarvis, you royally fucked Yamaha.

I'm reading they signed him before he won in Mugello for about 4m. Less than what he was on and offered at Yamaha IIRC. Not to mention he now has valuable experience on Hondas competitors that he could use to improve the RCV.
