Cal is speaking up against dope

It would be stupid to expect there is no doping problem in the MotoGP, he said. Have to concur, every top sport has this problem, no way MotoGP is an exception.
For instance, we heard many years later Agassi was on meth. And I was wondering why he is so restless and sweating.
Or another example, Armstrong kept miraculously winning Tour de France, year after year ... doping it was.
Etc, etc ...

We have a rider in MotoGP who miraculously recovers even when he is slow on Fridays and Saturdays and suddenly becomes competitive on race day. Has been like this for years. Has won some titles, too. Will we hear one day what pill or injection is to thank for those titles?

I guess you are referring to his (rumoured) occasional use of weed, I've known a few who used it to climb off the adrenaline mountain after a race.

Call me short-sighted or naive, but other than perhaps some drug that helps with late race fatigue and the ability to remain focused on lap 22, I don't see how this is a sport that benefits from "doping"

The main doping they do is classed as being 'legal' / 'acceptable' and it's the painkillers they will often dope an injured rider up with before they head out on track...
