But I don't particularly care about that because I am a grown ass person who knows how to separate the sport from the drama. And neither do his opponents like Nate Diaz care. As vudu said, this is the real world. Not everyone is super nice all the time and if they appear to be so, they are putting on a hell of a show.

Stoner got affected by Rossi negativity. Ok, poor him and his precious feelings.
Ask Biaggi how it turned out when he tried to break Rossi. I can think of a middle finger at 300 km/h.
Rossi tried to mind fuck Marquez in 2015 and it backfired in spectacular fashion. The torch was officially passed that day as to who is king of MotoGP. Rossi had succumbed the performance aspect years before to his teammate but Marquez took his soul in 2015.

That day was certainly a giant fuck you to Rossi, from Marquez.

I regret not watching now, I would like to have seen Dani take a win.

Other than that I have watched pretty much every minute of every premier class race since 1986 when broadcasting of gp bike racing started in Australia, except the odd race in the US run at 4am our time,, obviously just so I would be in a good position to hate Valentino when he came along.

Methinks you project too much. And if ad hominem is all you have left having had little more to start with, I could perhaps observe myself that you would seem, much like Valentino actually, to have a sense of humour about other people but very little about yourself.
You do understand that it couldn’t be more obvious that you don’t read other’s posts to understand, only to react, right? (To be fair, it’s not just you, most people on the internet who get overly emotional are the same way).

The post you quoted was about the Jerez TEST. You wrote a wall of text right after seeing the trigger word Jerez.

Actually being gainfully employed, I was working 200 km away from home with no internet access to follow the testing so didn’t comment on what I hadn’t seen, although I looked up the times on my phone. I may even have said that in the thread.

Since the ad hominem gloves are off, your every post on here has pretty much reflected the behaviour you supposedly discern in the members of this forum, in terms of ad hominem, false generalisations etc etc. Pretty much everyone on here admired Rossi at one time, we all tired of the behaviour of fans of your ilk which is what brought the reaction against him rather than the reverse causality that you are claiming. It has since become clear what a manipulator Rossi himself is hence the reaction against him now extending to him personally. I still agree with Povol that he is one of the all-time great riders on a level with Roberts, Lawson, Rainey and Doohan etc, just not a level above them as Povol and I both once thought.

You have outed yourself as a bopper now, so at best you are pot, kettle anyway.

Dude, you didn’t even post in that thread.
It is right under this one where you keep on posting walls without reading.

I still don’t know what a “Bopper” is or why you hive minded drones keep repeating that as some sort of insult. I think you should find a cleverer term. Like “Stacey’s boners”, which you lots will be known as henceforth.

How original yourself . As if anyone on here has not been called a ''boner" before by one of your ilk.

You may have me on not posting on the testing thread. I did think of posting to say I hadn't been able to watch it, but considered doing so superfluous like nearly everything you have ever posted. I read the thread and followed the times, and as a "boner" was very interested in Jack Miller's form, not that I am interested in the opinion of one of your ilk in regard to my intellect, or fervour as a bike racing fan, nor your approval for that matter. Dude is not the common Australian parlance btw, although I did like the movie about the ultimate dude.

I have little interest in WSBK since your Dorna pals hi-jacked and ruined the series, particularly with Nicky very unfortunatekly no longer competing.

Lol.

So let’s summarize this. Within one page, you have gone from:

- drawing parallels between MotoGP and other sports, citing another poster’s example of a combat sport

- got stumped at a legit arguing point (the role of social media in how we judge riders now) and had to resort to questioning the credibility of another poster who posted an example from another combat sport as a continuation of the point you were making previously

- not reading a post in its entirety and responding to a catchphrase, typing a wall of text that has nothing to do with what you quoted

- justifying it with “I have a job” (good for you! A job is certainly a rarity for most adult human beings with an education!) and continued to post a wall, still not understanding that you’re talking about the incorrect thread

- accusing someone of not being “original” when you and your dozen other pals mindlessly chant “Bopper! SNS! Uccio! Valeban “!!! Etc. with nary an original thought.

- try to deflect from your mistake some more with more ridiculous goalpost shifting (Dorna pals hijacking. Lol).

...do you still wonder why I take a piss out of you lots? You’re all so predictable.not one of you’re actually here because you love racing. You’re here because you love bitching. I went through quite a few old threads to confirm this and have realized that 90% of the time, you’re just bitching about things that happened 10 or more years ago.

P.s. I put these in nice little bullet points for easy comprehension because much like Stacey’s stature, her boners’s intellectual capacity is rather minuscule.

Speaking of OZ pride though...

I was watching the Phillip Island Moto3 race. There was this wild card OZ kid, on horribly dated machinery, slower than a city tour bus and still giving his all. And I was wondering... man, if only there was some OZ world champ out there who had to struggle his way to the top who could mentor kids like these and help them get on decent bikes and complete on the international level...

Oh wait, that guy fucked off and went fishing, showing up 6 days a year to collect his grande stipendio italiano rosso and has done fuckall to support young racers in his country! After all the bitching he did about how hard it was to move to Europe and race his way to the top...

But that other guy though... the one who spends almost all of his free time running an academy for young, upcoming riders, showing up at the pit wall for every single Moto2 and Moto3 race to see how his protégés are performing before suiting up and racing himself... that guy. That guy is such a selfish prick!!!

This forum is where logic came to die.

We have a post season heavyweight bout right here, currently round 9 but does the Italian stallion have enough in the tank for the tenth?
