Did you bring a pair of gumboots. Mitre 10 in Cowes sell out quite quickly in the wet weather. There is always covering your shoes with a plastic bag and some duct tape

WTF !!? Is there not even one week where rossi is not caught out trying to cheat!?

or are you suggesting it was an accident? An oversight? .... blah the guy is just mentally pissweak!

I really don't understand what the point of this super soft front wet tyre is. If you cannot do more than 10 laps on them even in the very first practice session why did they even offer the tyre in the first place.

Are there any other tyres that Michelin have this weekend that also have a similar question mark over them?

Absolutely.

Why have the tyre as an available choice if Michelin and Race Direction KNOW that it will not last , although one could surmise that it is about the show and providing riders the option of pitting to change to a better tyre improves the show.

For mine, the only tyres that should be in use should be designed to last the full race laps

Agreed, If they found out about it being a safety issue during one of the sessions I could kinda understand. But its the very first session, if you already know the tyre is a bit suspect just scrap it.

Its not like they don't have enough other tyre options, they just about need a yellow pages to list them all.

It looks pretty bad on Michelin. Exactly, why bring it down?

They would have a fair bit of data on what range the track temps will be.

Might have got some feedback on it today anyway.
