Catalunya is nice, great race and great city to visit.

Aragon is in the middle of nowhere

Valencia is always nice, but at the end of the season, if the championships are decided, it's not much of a race when there is not much to fight for.
Valencia is chilly in the am, nice in the afternoon.

Jerez is an awesome circuit, great weather.

For an all inclusive race/tourist, I would go with Catalunya, and Jerez close second

I Ride: Shanks pony.
I've been to Valencia many times and it's really good, well sorted track access and egress, good value catering, buzzing night in Cheste and some great bars in Valencia city, well recommended.
