That scouser is my bud from Liverpool.

All I meant is if that thread becomes epic and ends up a sticky, pertinent information and pictures from Indy should be the topic.

But you're right, I ain't no forum Saddam.

So let's talk about Jumkie's illness at home,

Hey Jum, you should follow Gatorduc's advice on the pills, afterall, he's a MD

Get well soon buddy.

I postin from my fone cuz i dont hav the energy to open laptop. Chopps texted my "drink plenty of fluids compa, u gotta sweat it out. " i wish i could smash a hammer on the head of the person who invented this saying cuz the last fucken thing i want to do it swallow since when i do it feels like im giving childbirth thru my throat. Ive decided to fuck that proverb and stopped drinking all together as its just to painful. a drank four large bottles of gatorade last two days and its done nothing. Im convinced this "drink plenty of fluids" thing is just a sick joke by some cruel doc to further torture the sick. Im also spitting since swallowing saliva is equally cruel. How is it that we r so advanced but we havent figured out how to sooth a sore throat? FUCK! FUCK FUCKY FUCK!

I would say good nite but as luck would hav it i cant get comfortable so no sleep either. Fuck!

You obviously need a women here Jumkie........ ICE CREAM...........loads and loads of it. It's ice cold, so it will numb your throat and allow you to swallow, it's got loads of sugar so it will give you some energy and it goes well with the Woods! Problem solved.

They followed for a few miles and then shitted the tractors into overdrive and went blowing by at about 100-110. Well, that triggered Kirks pounce mode and he goes blowing back by them at 150 or so. This obviously pissed them off and we were coming up to a red light. They pulled up beside him while he was slowing for the red light and started forcing him over towards the grass median. About that time the light changed green and we whacks the R1 and pulls over in front of them and is gone. Im behind the Harley bad boys as they set out after him again. In ther futile attempt to catch Kirk, they were paying zero attention to me so i figured i would have a little fun. I laid back and let them get a few hundred yards ahead and then pinned the 12 thru 5th gear. I split these clowns at around 170. I bet they are still cleaning the shit out of their pants They were genuine Harley bad boys that wore their cute Grim Reapers Kentucky vests. We roled into the next town and caught a red light, expecting all hell to break loose since they were behind us but i guess they were not in the kill the guy on the sportbike mode. They just sat there until the light turned and then went a different direction.

lol, awesome story... So is the one with the bently... If I didn't have 3 tickets and a potential warrant out for my arrest in Canada, I'd consider racing around with people too.

Luckily it was in northern Indiana however those snoody michiana people run on Chicago time as they call it. So that area of the state is a hour behind Indy even though they are in the same time zone. They really do take a lot of shit for that. But anyway I now have a two hour drive to indy to catch a race the starts in just over two hours. Wait add that hour because of them snooty think they are Chicagoans hoosier bastards. So I get on 65 south and put the foot to the floor. My mentality is fuck it I either make it in time or good to jail trying. Mind you the police are not going to be to happy when they pull over the 100+ mph clam bake mobile, or maybe they will be. On a side note, how many of you have broken up sticky green with a pair of scissors while driving with your knee for an hour and thirty minutes straight at over a 100 mph? If you or your children happen to be commuting at that time down I-65 I do apologize. But it was worth it as when I pulled in it was obvious they weren't running yet as I didn't hear them. So know the race is going to start at any moment, I really dont know, and I still need to find a ticket.

I have a plan in place to get a ticket. Been thinking about it all weekend, and when Ben got on pole in knew I had to try. So I sharpened up my knife and loaded up the pistol. No, no just kidding. Okay so what Indy does to the homeowners of houses near IMS is they give the locals free tickets to every event that they have. Kind of a sorry for the noise thing plus there is plenty of room. The hurricane gp there was a old couple next to us who came for a little while just to eat lunch, and then they left. So my idea was to hang out by one of the main gates until I saw a little blue haired couple who looked like they wanted nothing to do with motorcycles walk out, and then I would follow them away from the gate and politely ask them for their ticket. Needless to say this plan worked within 5 minutes, and I was in.

One problem, although not that severe being I was in and the race had not started yet. I broke my cellphone last weekend and lost all my numbers. So I had no way to get a hold of jumkie. I thought about sending a FB message to Roger to tell him to have Jums call me. That seems to be his specialty, transatlantic help. When americans cant get shit together, give chopper a buzz. You should really start your own company. But I didn't. I figure I know where they are, I will try to flag them down which is exactly how we met last year same place in everything. only with the aid of cell phones. Otherwise I will attempt to get up there. Ain't no shame in my game. I see them in there nice air conditioned suite, but no way can get there attention. Even though I am the only one in the bleachers bellow the shade line from the upper deck. So now the race is going to start and I do not want to watch it from where I am. So know I have the choice of trying to sneak up to the paddock area or find a good seat. Like a true motogp fan (I am sure some of you love that) I found a good place to sit instead, the stands in the last corner. I can still see those powerslide bitches, drinking it up eating food in the shade and a/c. While I bake and get baked in the blazing heat. I tried to find them after the race but was unable to do that either. I knew they were in the pit area I just had to sneak in there, but I had to far to walk-run and missed the cattle style entry to get in. It was to clear for me to run past the security. So I didn't get to see any psliders but I didn't miss the race, so all in all not to bad.

well done, man. You can tell me more of the specifics in a couple weeks.

Fuck me shov' - if we kept on topic the two epic Laguna threads would be about two pages long.

Look at all the crap Povol has to put up with on here just for being a redneck ...he can't help who he is. Admittedly that's not as bad as being a scouser, and ten times more sophisticated, but he still gets crap hurled at him.

There's no offence meant - If you were a Brit you'd understand. Scousers are generally thick skinned - or should that just be thick? - and are used to getting shit, but traditionally possessing the quickest and sharpest wit in the nation they know how to give it back with interest.

Anyhow....

Ok guys, Iím feeling better. Thanks to GatorDoc for the prescription (BTW, are you allowed to phone a prescription to Cali, just making a mental note). I think Iím over the hump as I feel 75% human today. Just a brief off topic excursion, but I was awfully sick.

Ok, back on topic: INDY 2010

First of all, I pay my respects to Peter Lenz. (I posted my thought in the appropriate thread).
