Carmelo and Spain rulezzz!

The younger (Italian) good rider is Petrucci! And then the older Iannone who is better.

Petrucci is very good rider but not for the next big one.

Iannone is this guy but he rides Ducati. Pramac Ducati

This is a KTM dominated championship and he has an noncompetitive Honda. There's nothing more to it really.

i know i run the risk of sounding like a total idiot, but i believe a lot has to do with the perception of a honda not being capable of shit instead of the bike being utter crap.

not that i criticize the man (big fan), but i call it the krjr syndrom.

the honda engine lacks just a little bit at the top from what i know, up to 11k (ok admittedly that doesn't mean much) it should offer quite a bit more torque than the big bore ktm.

Yea, you could see it a couple rounds back when Fenati was running with the front group of KTM's he was dropped like a stone on the long straights. If he moves up to Moto2 I think you'll see him toward the front again.

This.

Has the gap between honda to KTM in terms of performance widened even more this year? Last year Vinales on a honda was still up there for the most part

The KTM's do seem to have the advantage this year.

Personally I'm guttted Fenati is so far off the pace.

Not to my knowledge. Last significant update for the ktm engine was almost a year ago. There were plans to make the stroke longer but they stuck wwith the 81mm (which is way too much for the rev limit).

I suspect its more s case of the honda engine sucking in spite of last minute reg changes to their advantage ( rev limit reduced) than the ktm being so good.

Imagine how big the gap would be if the ktm could make use of the additional few top end hp it still has in reserve .bit surprised msma haven't fucked ktm out of competition by now by lowering the revs even more
