I usually get to see the likes of Carmichael, Reed, and Bubba eating dirt every year.

But for some unknown reason Channel 5 here in UK have excluded it from their late night schedule.

And I aint got Sky TV

Im gutted I missing races like this one for example...

<div class='codetop'>CODE<div class='codemain'>Stewart stalks Carmichael for San Diego win.

Ricky Carmichael and arch rival James Stewart set San Diego's Qualcomm Stadium alight with one of the best battles the AMA/World SX GP Supercross series has seen so far, on Saturday night.

Reigning champion Carmichael - the current AMA Supercross and World Supercross series leader - holeshotted the 20-lap main event, but with Stewart soon settling in behind him to set up a two-rider battle at the front.

Carmichael held the slightest of leads until the penultimate lap - when the Kawasaki rider forced his way through with an inside pass in a 180-degree turn after the first triple jump, sending the packed 70,000 crowd wild.

Stewart then held off Carmichael's last lap charge to pick up his fifth SXGP and third AMA win of the season, while Yamaha's Chad Reed claimed third.

That's unfortunate because this season has been quite good.

This past weekend. Charmichael didn't qualify to run in the final and Stewart crashed..not sure if he was able to get his bike restarted to at least finish but Chad Reed won and has the points lead.

Carmichael has just been penalized for illegal fuel found from the San Diego round. He has been penalized 25 points which puts him third in points, 17 behind James Stewart and 34 behind new series leader Chad Reed.
